Starblood whimpered a bit. He liked Mudbath and Dirtspatter. He didn't want them to leave. But at least Oak and Willow could stay. "We'll watch after them. Don't worry, Mudbath." The wolf grinned. He really was a sweetheart. The wolf looked over at his brother. "I'll just go ahead and say goodbye for my brother. A tree could fall right beside him and he'd never wake up." The wolf chuckled a bit. It was odd that Starblood could be so sweet and kind, while his own uncle that he resembled greatly had tried to kill him.

Mud smiled warmly and gave him a bit more of a nuzzle. "Maybe I'll catch you later. You should stop by the border to Bluesky sometime. I'll be waiting." She licked his snout and turned to leave, tail wagging. She knew she could trust him with her daughters. He was a responsible male.

Starblood wagged his tail and nuzzled her in turn. "Don't worry. They'll be just fine." He liked the two pup-sized yearlings. And he was happy they'd gone on the hunt with them. Now they could be considered adults as well, despite their small size.

She sighed, turning and heading back to the woods. It hurt to have to leave because of one wolf. Well, technically two - if Juliet had not accepted Bone, then they wouldn't have to leave. But the way she saw it, one could not blame love. She and Dirt would be gone forever from this land of promise. Goodbye, paradise.
