Where all the humans fled after the Virus infected most of their race. Their population is incredibly limited, and times are tough. Only strange, hybrid animals live here with the humans,; strange combinations of cat and dog, called Felcanes by the aboveground creatures, who think them just myths alongside humans. The humans here don't believe in life above-ground.
