Sol frowned softly, ears drawing back. "I think we should wait. We're both immortal; what do we have to lose in waiting?" He reassured gently, moving to lick her forehead, tail flicking lightly. He worried for her. He didn't want her to get her hopes up. There was a lot about his past he had yet to tell her. He didn't want her getting so... attached. Especially since he was still a Blackshadow. A full-blooded Blackshadow, of the true bloodline. Most in the pack weren't related at all. For instance, Hemitite wasn't a real Blackshadow, except for being a part of the pack. Sol was fully, truly Blackshadow. He could... kill Forest.
Sundew and Lilyfrost grinned, tails wagging. They kept as close to their mother as they could, seeking comfort. They couldn't believe this day had really come.

Forest nodded once, understanding. She wasn't the only one hesitant to have pups. And they were both immortal, young forever. There really was no rush. They could wait a thousand years and they would still be able of producing a healthy litter of pups.
Mystic couldn't stop smiling. She looked back at Sol and Forest, as she'd almost forgotten about them. "Come on. The pack misses you." She hoped they would come. It would lift everyones spirits to see Forest. And to see these lost pups, alive and well...it would be a joyous day in Blackwood. Mystic wondered if Romeo would be as happy to see their lost children as she was. Mystic was having to fight to keep the remainder of her tears back.

Sol nodded to Mystic, concentrating on the mother. He got up and padded forward, although he kept close to Forest. Maybe he'd have some wolves to heal. Put himself to good use.
The twins grinned, glancing at each other before sprinting off. The two had definetely inherited their mother's incredible speed. They tore through the forest like a falcon, intwining between each other before erupting out into the camp. They fought for breath, looking around to see if they recognized anyone.
Romeo glanced up from his den, having been grooming some of the wounds he'd received upon the fight with Donovan at the border. At first, he snarled, getting to his paws, distrusting. But slowly, his snarls fell from his jaws, replaced with incredible shock. No. He couldn't believe it.

Dove soon came to her sisters' sides, panting. A few moments later Shadow erupted from the forest, his chest heaving. He had a hard time keeping up with his sisters, as they'd inherited their mother's speed. Shadow had not. He stood beside Dove. Side-by-side it was like looking into the past: yearling versions of Romeo and Mystic. Mystic came up beside her children next, wagging her tail and looking at her mate with happy, tear-filled eyes.
